Orders are held for 24 hours pending payment. If payment is not received within this 24-hour timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment Policy for Linx and Credit Card on Delivery:

Selecting Linx or credit card on delivery as a payment method does not guarantee or confirm your order.
Orders will be finalized and prepared for fulfillment once confirmed by our team.

2. Priority Processing:

Orders paid via online bank transfer will be prioritized over Linx or credit card on delivery payments.
To ensure faster processing, customers are encouraged to complete payment in advance via bank transfer and provide proof of payment.

3. Payment at Delivery:

For Linx or credit card payments on delivery, full payment must be made at the time of receipt.
Failure to complete payment at delivery will result in the order being cancelled on the spot.

4. Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary payment method available at the time of delivery.

Pickup Option:

Pickup is available at Extra Plaza Aranguezon weekdays. We will contact you to confirm the pickup time and available days.

Once the courier collects your package, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery.
