Refund policy
We have a 48hrs return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/ labels and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at abhomeimpressions@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to CSF Couriers Limited.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please print the attached shipping label and contact the carrier, CSF, to schedule a pick up at your earliest convenience. Kindly ensure the items are shipped within 3 days of receiving this label.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Open box items
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized items
- Items purchased in a bundle (must be returned as a complete set)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Only items that are defective or damaged can be replaced. If you believe your item qualifies for a replacement, please provide detailed photos and descriptions of the issue, and we will review your request promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you can choose between:
- Store Credit - which never expires, or
- Online Bank Transfer - directly to your account.
Please note that we refund the total amount of the items purchased. However, the shipping fee is not refundable, as it was paid to the courier at the time of your original order.

Store Credit - which never expires. We will credit your account within 1 business day from the courier’s drop-off or pick-up.
Online Bank Transfer - directly to your account. We will initiate your refund, and you will typically see it in your account within 7 business days from the courier’s drop-off or pick-up, but it may take up to 10 days depending on processing times.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
